Happytown Restaurant

The new Happytown restaurant.

The Happytown Restaraunt, is a 1950's/1960's theme restaurant featuring pictures of movie stars and personalities from that era, along with a replica juke box filled with 50's and 60's music. The restaurant is open and operating in the new building with a full menu and a recently added gift shop.

The restaurant serves food that would be typical for a drive-in restaurant of that time. They have a soda fountain, candy counter, ice cream sundaes, hamburgers and other sandwiches. There are also home-cooked specials. They provide full table service. It is the best restaurant in Pine Ridge Village.

The Happytown Restaurant fills several critical needs. It provides food service to the members of the Boys and Girls Club. They host special events and banquets. Most importantly, it provides a limited but regular source of income for the club. Additionally, it provides employment for several people on this job-poor, economically depressed reservation.

The atmosphere in the restaurant is warm and attractive.
